We believe in fostering a partnership with families, encouraging their engagement to better understand their scholar's needs, and, with permission, we can also communicate directly with teachers to keep everyone informed and involved every step of the way.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In cases of emergencies or unforeseen events, we ask that you contact your tutor as soon as possible to reschedule based on mutual availability.
We do not offer guarantees or refunds if you are dissatisfied with academic results, as scholar success relies heavily on engagement and support from both the scholar and their parents. While our tutoring services are designed to be exemplary, achieving mastery requires active participation and practice outside of our sessions, making a team approach essential for success.
The first month of services is considered a trial session. During this time, we discuss compatibility and effectiveness and assess whether the tutoring approach meets the scholar's needs and goals. We encourage open communication throughout this month to ensure that both scholars and parents feel satisfied with the experience.
